Japan’s Omron has launched a new generation of small and versatile PLC_CP1H controllers that can meet most small and medium-sized problems.

SYSMAC CP1H, Omron’s next-generation mid-sized PLC solution, which combines basic functions with the ability to expand to advanced functions, satisfies the above needs. Some of the main features of PLC CP1H can be listed:
Integrated analog input/output (4 in + 2 out). 4 pulse outputs up to 1 MHz, 4 high-speed counter inputs up to 1 MHz. Support USB port to connect to computer for driver-free programming. 2 serial communication ports support both RS-232C and RS-485, support Modbus-RTU Easy Master ready-made protocol, convenient to communicate with inverter, temperature and other control devices.
Supports Ethernet, DeviceNet, Controller-link, Compobus-S communication networks when combined with CJ1 PLC expansion modules. IEC 61131-3 compliant programming language with Ladder, Instruction List, Function Block and Structured Text.
Standard PLCs have two types of 20I/O Digital and 40I/O Digital. In order to improve accuracy and flexibility in multi-product production systems, CP1H PLC has supported up to 4 outputs with frequency pulses reaching 1MHz, controlling 4 drive axes simultaneously: PLC CP1H Y family: 2 1MHz pulse output and 2 30kHz input lines PLC CP1H X family: 4 100kHz pulse output and 2 30kHz outputs. The script fully supports Origin Search commands, generates S-shaped ups and downs, pulses with a predetermined number of pulses and frequencies…
